Conditions for returns:

You can return an item with a receipt or invoice within 30 days of purchase.
There are a number of conditions to this:


- The product must be returned complete, also think of all manuals and accessories
- The product must be returned clean
- The product must be in original packaging
- You can return your product free of charge up to 30 days after receipt. This can easily be done by following the steps below. Do you want to exchange or return a part? Please contact Philips customer service by phone.


You can create the return label via your order history.

- Click here to go to your order history.
- Select the last order with the product you want to return.
- Check the box next to the product(s) you want to return. After that, click on the blue "Return Products" button at the bottom of the page. It is possible that you cannot return more than one product at a time. Then create a separate return label for each product.
- Choose whether you want to exchange the product or want a refund.
- Enter a reason for your return. After that, it is possible to download your return label.
- Pack your product securely and stick your return label on the box to return your product in original packaging free of charge. 
- As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
- You will receive your refund within 10 working days.
